REMEMBER
THE 6 'BE'S'
Use your left hand and go through each finger:

Thumb's up - be grateful

Pointer finger (pointing to your head) - Be
smart

Middle finger (use your thumb on the same hand
to point to the middle finger) - be clean

Ring finger - be true as in to your marriage
covenants (this is why you use the left hand)

Little finger - it's the smallest finger on
your hand - be humble
-
Now clasp both of your hands together - be prayerful
It really is an easy way to remember the be's.
The girls found it really easy to learn and I see them making reference
to it whenever the be's come up.
