A
Checklist for Visiting Teachers

I enjoy visiting teaching and look forward
to visits with my sisters.
-
I frequently seek the inspiration of
the Lord in my work as a visiting teacher.
-
I think about my sisters frequently
during the month, and make inquiries and visits as appropriate.
-
I work closely with my companion. Our
work is a genuine partnership. We discuss our objectives, plan our work,
and arrange times of visits with the sisters.
-
I set specific, immediate goals with
which to challenge myself, so that my visits are purposeful.

Each time we visit I call each sister
by name with a greeting and with conversation.
