Birthday Tree

For singing to Birthday Kids, I drew a large tree on posterboard and covered the finished piece with clear contact paper (so the tape can be easily removed). For each month, I draw a different picture with enough space in it for the child's name. When the children come up, they get to place their name on the tree - which is displayed for the month with all of the birthdays on it.

I also incorporate the baptisms into this by printing off the same picture on white cardstock (instead of colored cardstock) with the words: "I'm Trying To Be Like Jesus" and a sticker on it.

The older kids as well as the youngin's like to see their name "in lights" for the month!
