The
Still Small Voice
CS p. 106
Materials:
Cardboard or cardstock
makers
scissors
glue
To assemble:
Make pairs of "ears"
and glue to cardboard. Cut out and tape a popsicle stick to the back
to make a handle. Make enough sets for the number of helpers
you want to use for this song.
You can also place all of the other pictures
onto popsicle sticks. With the ears, have the children raise them
to the sides of their heads whenever they hear the word, "listen".
The ears will work for
the song, "Listen, Listen" on p.
107. This song is beautiful as a round, and you can have the children
raising their ears as each group sings. It should look kinda like
a "wave".
ART
To save an image
(they are reduced to fit your screen), simply place your mouse icon over
the picture, click on the right mouse button, and "save as". Then,
you can pull it into your word processor or graphics program like regular
clipart.
The images will
be larger and clearer than they appear on the screen.
Through a still small voice, the Spirit
speaks to me

To guide me, to save me from the evil I
may see
If I try to do what's right
He will see me through the night
Direct me, protect me, and give my soul
his light.

Listen, listen. The Holy Ghost will whisper.
Listen, listen to the still small voice.
