I Will Follow God's Plan
CS p. 164
Materials:

Preparation:
On posterboard, draw a circle as shown.  You can do this by attaching a pencil to a piece of yarn, anchoring the opposite end to the center of the posterboard with a tack and, pulling the yarn tight (just enough so there is no slack), draw your circle.  Cut a pointer out of the cardstock, and attach to the center of the circle with a brass brad.

Print, color and cut illustrations you want to use, or wordstrips.  Attach to the poster over or between the N,S,E and W.

Presentations:
Turn the pointer as you work through the song.  Point to the hints and sing about that particular hint.  Remove pictures and words as you memorize the song.

Game: (Yet ANOTHER variation of hot and cold! How many can there be? LOL!)  You can use the paper compass above or a real compass.  Hide an item in the room, and give directions to the item using the compass.  The child can look to the big compass, and you can use the pointer to give them directions, or if using a real compass, give directions verbally (for instance, go N by NE, ect.).  All of this while the other children sing the song.

Relate this to the fact that the scriptures and the prophet will never steer us wrong, and that they will naturally pull us to the right.

Make the goal of the game to find the item wth the fewest repetitions of the song.
